Ancestor Saga
This is my “I was doing AI before it was cool” project - way back in 2021, if you can believe it, I was part of a small team messing with AI video capabilities. It was an internal initiative, sort of like a mini skunk works where we put aside a little time here and there to problem-solve around AI production. This is a trailer that we made to show off our cutting-edge techniques, so if it feels dated, imagine that Sam Altman isn’t a household name, high schoolers aren’t using Chat GPT to write essays (poorly), and Sora only means anything to die-hard cyclists. These days AI is a pretty standard part of just about any deck I’m working on but yeah, I was using it before before Media.Monks was awarded the first AdWeek AI Agency of The Year, which I think is pretty cool… in a nerdy hipster kind of way.
